Mr. McKinnon has served as CFO of Jupiter Wellness, Inc. since August 2019 and was previously CEO of AppYea, Inc. and EVP/CFO and director at Surna, Inc. He also served as CEO of 1st Resource Group, Inc. With over 35 years of experience, Mr. McKinnon has held C-level roles across private and public companies in industries including oil and gas, technology, cannabis, and communications. His career includes leadership at a Nasdaq-traded company with a $12B market cap, overseeing $2.2B in fundraising, and serving as CFO for multiple public and private enterprises. He also brings extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and turnarounds.

Hans Haywood has been a director of Jupiter Wellness Acquisition Corp. since September 2021 and a board member of SRM since December 2022. He is the founder and principal of HKA Capital Advisors, launched in 2010 to provide consulting services and develop trading algorithms. From 2011 to 2018, he was Co-Chief Investment Officer and Director at Tempest Capital AG, a Zurich-based private equity fund focused on activist investments in tech and natural resources. Prior to that, he was CIO of Panda Global Advisors, a Global Macro fund focused on emerging markets and liquid assets. From 2005 to 2007, he was a Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager at Sailfish Capital Partners, where he co-led the global Emerging Markets strategy. Earlier, he spent eight years at Credit Suisse as Managing Director, managing the proprietary credit portfolio and co-developing its client trading platform. Mr. Haywood holds a master’s in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, University of London.

Mr. Herman is an experienced investor with a long track record in finance and business. Since 2005, he has managed Strategic Turnaround Equity Partners, LP (Cayman) and its affiliates. From 2011 to 2013, he was Managing Member of Abacoa Capital Management, overseeing a Global Macro strategy fund. He was also affiliated with Arcadia Securities LLC, a New York-based broker-dealer, from 2005 to 2020. Earlier roles include investment banker at Burnham Securities (1997–2002) and Managing Partner at Kingshill Group, a merchant banking firm with offices in New York and Tokyo (1993–1997). Mr. Herman holds a B.S. in Political Science with minors in Business and Music from the University at Albany. He currently serves on the boards of XS Financial, Inc. and SusGlobal Energy Corp., where he is also Audit Chair.
